We Buy Gold is a short film about a day in the life of two coin dealers (David Huang and David Ma) in Chinatown, Manhattan. Throughout the day, they attempt to raise enough money to purchase “the big one” – a rare, early 20th century $20 Gold Eagle Coin from David’s client. The film utilizes a combination of real life coin dealers, playing themselves, as well as professional actors.
