Seniors Fight Back founded by Hong Lee, is an all volunteer organization providing free instructions to seniors in the Los Angeles and Orange County ares at city parks. The volunteer instructors are Martial Arts indivuals they teach safety knowledge. The focus is be safe, know your surroundings and learn how to protect yourself when attacked.
