The grapefruit is the life force consumed to live, work, play, and teach the art of Kawaii comic caricatures for Carey and his Chinese Zodiac Spirit Animal Pugwooly. We see the story of his Little Tokyo Bronzeville journey unfold in comics, photos, rap music, and dance. We witness examples of Black Asian solidarity and ways to keep the spirit of both Bronzeville and Little Tokyo alive.
