FLIGHT 182

Directed by Rippin Sindher

Cast: Gurinder Sindher, Naysa Shokeen, Rupak Ginn, Sundeep Morrison, Yuvi Grewal

One year after the deadly attack on the Golden Temple and the assassination of Prime Minister Indira Gandhi, Jeet, a devoted husband and father, faces an impossible decision: board Air India Flight 182 to see his dying mother in India or stay home with his pregnant wife and eight-year-old daughter. As warnings of revenge and rising violence spread, his wife Mandeep pleads with him to reconsider, fearing the growing threats that lurk beyond their home. Based on true events of the largest aviation attack before 9/11, FLIGHT 182 is a gripping exploration of an immigrant family’s struggle with love, duty, and the haunting fear of a homeland torn apart by riots and radicalism.
