In 2006, renowned navigator Nainoa Thompson sailed with cultural anthropologist Wade Davis to discuss the art of wayfinding — and they only scratched the surface. Fifteen years later the two explorers contemplate the mysteries of traditional navigation and a future inspired by the language of the navigator.
