“Secrets of a Super Ager.” Facing the Future: Live, Love, Laugh. Have Faith. Be Joyful. Fran takes the time to have fun with family and friends. She is always learning…something new. She keeps moving with Tai Chi, hiking, and daily walks. She spends much time in her eatable garden. She eats healthy: no processed foods. She gives back to the community by volunteering.

Fran is Rooted: most and foremost she knows where her blessings come from…because she is connected to the Almighty.
