Hundreds of volunteers annually descend upon Little Tokyo, Los Angeles to make it sparkle by sweeping the sidewalks, removing graffiti, and washing windows. Residents and restaurants make food for the volunteers, while businesses donate raffle prizes. The event is truly a community endeavor.
